As an Aquatic Training Instructor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of Aquatic staff by providing engaging and informative instruction on water rescue techniques, CPR, first aid, and AED usage.   You'll be tasked with leading hands-on and classroom sessions, evaluating participants' progress, and cultivating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for learning. The ideal candidate should possess a current American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor certification, along with certifications in lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid. In this role you will teach children and adults water acclimation and safety, water movement and stamina, and stroke development and mechanics.
