    HIRING RANGE: $22 - $24.20/hour   JOB LOCATION: Auburn, WA   SHIFT INFORMATION: This is a part-time role that supports our Soccer for Success program at local elementary schools in Auburn, WA (Terminal Park Elementary School, 1101 D St SE, Auburn, WA 98002). Shift needs are two weekday afternoons (currently Mondays and Wednesdays) from 3:00-5:00pm.    OUR COMMITMENT TO EQUITY The Y actively promotes a culture free from bias and injustice. We will be accountable to marginalized communities for creating equitable and sustainable environments where social justice is woven into every facet of our programs, and by caring for our communities in a culturally versatile and respectful manner.   SUMMARY The Youth Sports Coordinator will assist with overall program development of our youth sports programming. This includes, but not limited to, instructing classes, officiating youth sports games, and providing on-site leadership during practices and games. The Youth Sports Coordinator will also provide guidance to youth sports instructors, referees and volunteers.
