This includes, but is not limited to, coping skill building, connecting to or re-engaging with on-going services, identifying family or other supportive adult connections, etc. The CCM supports CORS-YA partnerships with community agencies through proactive engagement.   Licensed and highly experienced supervision and training is a cornerstone of the CORS-YA team approach along with professional consultation and team collaboration.    This position is at the Social Impact Center Y, the social services branch of YMCA of Greater Seattle (YGS). Facilitate group games, arts and STEM in a drop-in care program   Job Summary Every day hundreds of children utilize our Kid Zone drop in child care centers within our membership facilities, engaging in activities and building new relationships with our staff and other participants. You will be part of an amazing staff team who provide enrichment and safe supervision, teach teamwork and social skills, and support children as they grow and learn. You will develop and implement program activities while also building positive relationships by providing prompt and courteous service to members, participants and guests.
