This position will work within a team to provide case management services to residents at Arlington Apartments. Services include supporting each participant to achieve their goals towards maintenance of safe and stable housing, employment, education, navigating resources, building community, and developing life skills as they strive for self-sufficiency.    Candidates with direct experience working with young adults (18-24) who are experiencing homeless is preferred but not required. This position will actively engage in the tenant referral process, and ongoing case management of tenants.
