Job Summary
The On-callResidential Treatment Case Manager position is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team providing 24-hour shift supervision for female identified children, ages 6-12, in a qualified residential treatment program. In partnership with DCYF, this program will serve up to 6 children at any one time and will focus on utilizing behavioral rehabilitative, trauma-informed, and treatment-centered approaches for their care and service. This position will be responsible for providing daily supervision of the children, including implementing clinically focused and supportive intervention services, providing developmentally appropriate and responsive activities, and ensuring general daily care for all residents. This role will also have the opportunity to provide on-call coverage for two other 24-hour residential programs serving youth in foster care or youth experiencing homelessness, ages 13-18.

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and tech-savvy email & SMS program director to help us grow and optimize our existing program. As the director of the email & SMS program, you will partner with the senior director of digital experience to craft, and deliver on the strategic and operational goals of the YMCA of Greater Seattle’s email & SMS program. The email & SMS program director will collaborate with cross-functional teams from membership, fundraising, program marketing and creative, executive communications, and operations teams, to drive audience engagement using a mix of email & SMS communications tactics, including: audience segmentation, automated journeys, hypothesis drive campaign optimization, to maximize the organization’s revenue and audience engagement goals. Ideally, you bring five-years of hands-on practice with email & SMS program marketing optimization strategies, email & SMS marketing analytics reporting, email & SMS list management, email & SMS marketing audience management and segmentation strategies, and hands-on with SQL and experience with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.

What you’ll be doing…
Every day hundreds of children participate in fun and engaging YMCA programs. Be part of an amazing team of staff focused on teaching teamwork and social skills, and support children as they grow and learn.
- Transports children to and from program activities and site(s).
- Makes daily safety inspections of vehicle.
- Reports to supervisor any conditions on vehicle in need attention or correction.
- Oversees conduct of children on vehicle.
- Follows all driver guidelines and standards.
- Follows YMCA policies and procedures, including those related to medical and disciplinary situations, child abuse prevention and emergencies.
- May supervise a group of program participants.
Salary Range: $22.00-$31.90/Hr.

Maintains safe swimming conditions in the pool, on deck, and surrounding areas. Creates a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures. May open or close the pool as a regular assignment. Job Summary
Supports youth who may have experience in foster care, homelessness, disconnection from school, juvenile justice, and/or other systems in developing the skills to live independently. Provides general support to youth in family engagement, mental health, health and wellness, education, employment/career development, housing, technology, or other designated field and supports them in achieving their goals. Provides information and referral services. Creates a welcoming and supportive environment at the YMCA.
The South King County Youth Shelter is a 24/7 group home for youth ages 12-17, for up to 21 days, who are homeless or at imminent risk of homeless that have been self-referred, referred by a provider, community member, street outreach team, or law enforcement. SKYS staff and case mangers work with youth to increase stabilization, transition youth to safe and stable housing, and work towards family reunification whenever possible.
This position is at the Social Impact Center Y, the social services branch of YMCA of Greater Seattle (YGS). The mission of the Social Impact Center Y is to accelerate young people’s ability to build safe, successful, and happy lives. Every year, we serve 5,000 children, youth, young adults, and families across King County with programs that aim to strengthen young people’s ability to develop to their fullest potential through four strategies: reducing risk factors; navigating systems towards successful life transition; ensuring stability, safety and wellness in times of crisis; and building competencies and social capital. The Social Impact Center Y’s programs include housing, behavioral health, foster care licensing, violence prevention, education, and employment. Many of the young people we serve have had involvement in the foster care, criminal justice system, and/or homelessness systems.
Location/Hours of Work:
This is an on-site position that is on-call, part time, and will sign up to fill open shifts. Schedule (hours will vary): Day shifts are Monday through Sunday with varying hours: generally 8am-4pm Swing Shifts are Monday through Sunday with varying hours: generally 4:00pm-12:00am
