What you’ll be doing…
Every day hundreds of children participate in fun and engaging YMCA programs. Be part of an amazing team of staff focused on teaching teamwork and social skills, and support children as they grow and learn.
- Transports children to and from program activities and site(s).

As the Program Supervisor of our Year Round Youth Development Programs you will lead and develop our before and after school and day camp staff. This position will serve on an engaging and dynamic team, playing a key role in ensuring planning and implementation of developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum are provided to the participants. You will oversee the planning and implementation of a safe and quality child care program providing day-to-day support and overall management of the program site. You will supervise and evaluate the staff and volunteers, including hiring and training, maintaining required staff/child ratios and conducting regular staff meetings. You will be an important part of helping maintain professional relationships with families, facility/school personnel, and the community. This position is a regular year round positon that works within our youth enrichment programs throughout the year, in our before and after school programs during the school year and within one of our summer camps during the summer. In the supervisor role you will oversee and work alongside your staff team during the before and after school program hours.
Position Type/Location
This is an in-person, Full-Time role. Shifts are a combination of AM programming (7am to start of school) and afternoon programming (2pm to 6pm M-F, with early release days starting at 1pm). Administrative hours are provided and AM shifts are variable due to program need. The position is based out of one location, but you will be asked to support and/or substitute at nearby sites when needed. Hours and shifts are determined by the school schedules, supervisors will be expected to work 35-40 hours in a combination of admin and in ratio hours.

This position is at the Social Impact Center Y, the social services branch of YMCA of Greater Seattle (YGS). Job Summary
The YMCA of Greater Seattle has an opportunity to serve as our organization’s Donor and Volunteer Systems management expert as it relates to the configuration of comprehensive fundraising and volunteer systems. This position leads the coordination of people and processes to ensure campaign and appeal components are delivered in time for our largest campaign and additional annual appeals. This position will have the primary responsibility for the Volunteer Matters database and will assist with the management of our donor systems. This position maintains the integrity and accuracy of the databases through the development of oversight of policies and procedures. Duties for this position will include providing process analysis and improvement plan implementation to increase efficiencies and lead the administrative functions to support campaign work. It will serve as the liaison for Volunteer Matters, assigned branches, and the appeal planning teams, as well as supervision of assigned staff.

Job Summary
The Y’s Social Impact Center is seeking a motivated, skilled, and caring individual for the role of Case Manager II for the Arlington Apartments. Arlington Apartments are in Tacoma, WA and owned by the Tacoma Housing Authority (THA). The building has 58 units of housing designed for young adults.
This position will work within a team to provide case management services to residents at Arlington Apartments. Services include supporting each participant to achieve their goals towards maintenance of safe and stable housing, employment, education, navigating resources, building community, and developing life skills as they strive for self-sufficiency.
Candidates with direct experience working with young adults (18-24) who are experiencing homelessness are preferred but not required. This position will actively engage in the tenant referral process, and ongoing case management of tenants. This position will build and collaborate with other programs within the Y and other external community organizations, along with cultivate and foster working relationships with THA on-site staff.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position, and the hours of work and days will be Sunday - Wednesday 3:30PM - Midnight & Saturday's working day shift 9 - 5:30PM.
Hours may flex as program requirements are needed.

Job Summary
The Crisis Intervention Specialist I Provides comprehensive, short-term crisis outreach services to young adults in King County experiencing a mental health or behavioral emergency.
