The Roy St apartment building consists of 5 floors with 38 total living units. Each micro studio apartment houses one single young adult within the ages of 18 and up to age 25.   The Roy St Program Director will work on site and supervise a team of Case Managers who will work directly with a caseload of residents, coordinate community service provider engagement, manage and foster relationships with other Y programs and other community businesses, resources and services.The Roy St Program Director will supervise staff that will be onsite 24 hours per day at the apartment building.  All Housing and Homeless Services Directors are expected to be part of and take turns in the Rotating On-Call Director system that supports our site-based housing programs.   This position will report to and work closely with Social Impact Center’s Director of Seattle Based Housing Services to manage and facilitate the programmatic vision, philosophy, and approach at Roy St to meet our mission of accelerating young people’s ability to build safe, successful and happy lives.    This position takes place through the Social Impact Center Y, the social services branch of YMCA of Greater Seattle (YGS). This includes managing data quality, research reviews, fidelity reviews, and providing overall support for the development and implementation of evaluation tools with an emphasis on incorporating youth and participant feedback into the continuous program improvement cycle. This position will be responsible for cultivating a diverse learning culture at the program level that strives towards evidence, innovation and equity. As part of Learning and Impact Team, this role will work closely with the Program Analyst and Program Skills and Training positions. Their main collaborations will be with Social Impact Center Leadership Team, Data/Business Analysts and Fund development teams in the areas of program design, implementation, and monitoring. This position will also be communicating and collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders including research interns, community partners, and YMCA of Greater Seattle leadership.   Learning and Impact Team The Learning and Impact Team is responsible for driving cross-functional learning, evaluation and innovation throughout the YMCA Social Impact Center. The Team’s purpose is to ensure the YMCA Social Impact Center is the leading provider of effective programs and services in the region that increases access to youth/young adults involved in the health, homeless, foster care, justice systems, and decreases racial, ethnic and LGBTQIA+ inequities. They play a key role in supporting our safety standards – in the water and on the deck, as a first responder in emergencies, maintaining safety equipment, and serving on an engaged and dynamic team.  Creates a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.
