Responsibilities will include working with SIC staff and Advisory Board to ensure a successful Q1 Annual Fund Drive, working with a portfolio of individuals to acquire, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gifts of $10,000 or higher and working with the Grants Team to support narrative/budget elements for SIC focused grants and contracts. This Director will lead the strategy to future develop a culture of philanthropy to advance annual and major giving programs.   Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday with occasional nights and weekends as needed.   Flexible Work, also called remote work or telecommuting, is a flexible work location arrangement that permits YGS employees to work at home, at a non-office location, at a satellite office, a YGS facility or any of the above.
