The Resident Manager supports each of the young adults in managing household responsibilities and checks in with them on their productivity towards program expectations and personal goals. Additionally, the Resident Manager encourages the transition for each young adult to permanent stable housing, as well as teaches independent living skills to the young adults. When full-time and part-time staff are needing shift coverage, the Resident Manager I is the first to be notified when coverage is needed.   This position is at Accelerator Y, the social services branch of YGS.
