This position is responsible for understanding and complying with funding and contracts, monitoring data and outcomes, quality assurance for participants served, reporting to funders, monitoring program spending and budget, ensuring continuity of program and services, and providing oversight, supervision, and development to program staff.   This position will oversee staff and contracts serving youth and families affected by gun violence and/or group/gang involvement, involvement with the juvenal justice system, and/or other systems in the West Seattle neighborhoods of Seattle (for SCSI position) or South King County communities of Kent, Burien, Tukwila, unincorporated King County Skyway, Auburn, and Enumclaw, Highline community and other locations as assigned. You will provide support for children, youth and their families in the YMCA Family Services and Mental Health Program.
