Arlington Apartments is located in Tacoma, WA and houses young adults 18-26 years old who have experienced homelessness. This position works primarily on the Arlington campus within a hybrid model. The Admin III Specialist may serve as a first point of contact for anyone engaging with diversion funds requests and the application process at Arlington Drive Youth Campus. This position is responsible for the maintenance, storage and processing of all diversion requests as well as coordination, implementation and flow of the online Arlington Apartments application and selection process. Arlington Apartments are located in Tacoma, WA and owned by the Tacoma Housing Authority (THA).The building has 58 units of housing designed for young adults. This position will work within a team to provide case management services to residents at Arlington Apartments. Services include supporting each participant to achieve their goals towards maintenance of safe and stable housing, employment, education, navigating resources, building community, and developing life skills as they strive for self-sufficiency.    Candidates with direct experience working with young adults (18-24) who are experiencing homeless is preferred but not required. This position will actively engage in the tenant referral process, and ongoing case management of tenants. The LifeSet program is an evidence based case management model that is being implemented at the Y Social Impact Center in King and Pierce Counties in partnership with Youth Villages. We serve young adults 18-22 years old.
