Every day campers participate in fun and engaging YMCA summer day camp programs. Counselors will co-lead a group of 10-15 youth in various activities throughout the camp, including group games, crafts, STEM projects, cooking projects and more. Spend your summer full of fun with kids all summer long!
We have camps that serve campers from preschool-early high school. From theme-based Discovery Camps, to environmental explorations at Outdoor Day Camp to sports, swimming, STEM and more-we have something for every camper but also for every counselor.

Job Summary
This YVLifeSet Case Manager position is a great opportunity to join a dynamic clinical case management program serving young adults who are housed at the new Arlington Drive Apartments in Tacoma. The Arlington Drive Apartments are owned by the Tacoma Housing Authority (THA) and will have 58 units of housing designed for young adults. This Case Manager role will work with a limited caseload (8-10 young adults at a time) doing intensive and clinically focused case management services, including treatment plans, safety planning, functional analysis, and supportive group and individual supervision. The LifeSet program is an evidence-based case management model that is being implemented in partnership with Youth Villages at the Y’s Social Impact Center. We are grounded in a strength-based approach that supports young people as they build life skills and achieve their personal goals as they strive for self-sufficiency.

SUMMARY
This HR team member will execute functional, technical, and implementation tasks for onboarding for all new, promotional and transfer hires with YMCA of Greater Seattle. The Specialist’s primary focus is critical onboarding functions, including ensuring all staff complete necessary onboarding tasks and communicating with all new hires, external partners, Talent Partners, and hiring managers to ensure an effective onboarding experience. The Specialist administers important functions of onboarding such as managing inboxes, communicating with stakeholders, and using our onboarding platform to solve problems. Job Summary
