The Arlington Drive Apartments are owned by the Tacoma Housing Authority (THA) and will have 58 units of housing designed for young adults. This Case Manager role will work with a limited caseload (8-10 young adults at a time) doing intensive and clinically focused case management services, including treatment plans, safety planning, functional analysis, and supportive group and individual supervision. The LifeSet program is an evidence-based case management model that is being implemented in partnership with Youth Villages at the Y’s Social Impact Center.
