The position is responsible for community relationship, participant engagement, program delivery, curriculum delivery, daily operations and diversity, inclusion, social justice, and equity culture building for youth programs in conjunction with the Center of Excellence (CoE) and Youth Development Branch Leadership. The Center Director will be comfortable motivating, communicating, and influencing at all levels and in a multitude of environments with a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens.
