Job Summary
The Y’s Social Impact Center is seeking a motivated, skilled and caring individual for the role of Case Manager II for the Arlington Apartments. Arlington Apartments are located in Tacoma, WA and owned by the Tacoma Housing Authority (THA).The building has 58 units of housing designed for young adults.
This position will work within a team to provide case management services to residents at Arlington Apartments. Services include supporting each participant to achieve their goals towards maintenance of safe and stable housing, employment, education, navigating resources, building community, and developing life skills as they strive for self-sufficiency.
Candidates with direct experience working with young adults (18-24) who are experiencing homeless is preferred but not required. This position will actively engage in the tenant referral process, and ongoing case management of tenants. This position will build and collaborate with other programs within the Y and other external community organizations, along with cultivate and foster working relationships with THA on-site staff.

Job Summary
Under the direction of the Talent Development Director, the Talent Development Coordinator, coordinates training and talent development programs for the staff of the YMCA of Greater Seattle. The coordinator is essential in administering training logistics that power the internal CPR training program, Child Abuse Prevention training, and other critical required trainings. The coordinator will also support team communications to the organization and ensure Talent Development inquiries from YGS staff are always addressed within the team’s ticketing system.

The position is based out of one location, but you will be asked to support and/or substitute at nearby sites when needed. Hours and shifts are determined by the school schedules, supervisors will be expected to work 35-40 hours in a combination of admin and in ratio hours.

The Senior Grant Specialist is responsible for stewarding grants from corporations, foundations, and public funders through the grants pipeline. This role reports to the Director of Grants and Foundations, and the role contributes to Financial Development department and organization strategic goals.
The Sr. Grant Specialist will be responsible for conducting the full range of activities required to research, write, prepare, submit, and report on grant proposals to foundations, corporations, public funders and other grant-making organizations in support of the YMCA. The Sr. Grant Specialist is also responsible for identifying new funding sources for programs and supporting funder cultivation and stewardship.

In this role you will teach children and adults water acclimation and safety, water movement and stamina, and stroke development and mechanics. Job Summary
This LifeSet Case Manager position is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and dedicated team working with young adults in King County! Case Managers work with a limited caseload (8-10 young adults at a time) doing intensive and clinically focused case management services, including treatment plans, safety planning, functional analysis, and supportive group and individual supervision. The LifeSet program is an evidence based case management model that is being implemented at the Y Social Impact Center in King County in partnership with Youth Villages. We serve young adults 18-22 years old throughout King County. We are grounded in a strength-based approach that supports young people as they build life skills and achieve their personal goals as they strive for self-sufficiency.
This position is at the Social Impact Center Y, the social services branch of YMCA of Greater Seattle (YGS). The mission of the Social Impact Center Y is to accelerate young people’s ability to build safe, successful, and happy lives. Every year, we serve 5,000 children, youth, young adults, and families across King County with programs that aim to strengthen young people’s ability to develop to their fullest potential through four strategies: reducing risk factors; navigating systems towards successful life transition; ensuring stability, safety and wellness in times of crisis; and building competencies and social capital. The Social Impact Center Y’s programs include housing, behavioral health, foster care licensing, violence prevention, education, and employment. Many of the young people we serve have had involvement in the foster care, criminal justice system, and/or homelessness systems.

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
