The Youth Villages LifeSet Program Director position is an opportunity to lead a dynamic clinical case management program serving young adults who are housed at the new Arlington Drive Apartments in Tacoma. The Arlington Drive Apartments are owned by the Tacoma Housing Authority (THA) and will have 58 units of housing designed for young adults. This position oversees a team of 4 Case Managers who each work with a limited caseload (8-10 young adults at a time) doing intensive and clinically focused case management services, including treatment plans, safety planning, and functional analysis. This position leads all supportive group and individual supervision sessions. The LifeSet program is an evidence-based case management model that is being implemented in partnership with Youth Villages at the Y’s Social Impact Center. They will provide strategic leadership and support to the Chief Executive Officer along with leadership and direction for the financial, information technology, and risk management operations of the organization. The Bilingual Whole Person Health Navigator provides supportive health services to individuals and groups in one or more of the following program areas, ideally in English and one additional language spoken widely in King County: Chronic Disease Prevention and Management Interventions, Personal Wellness Planning, Nutrition Services, and/or Health Coaching.
