This position will be located at the New Arcadia Project located in Auburn. This program is a new housing development with 15 units of shared living space. Responsibilities for this position include case management support, life skills development, transition planning for young adults and resource development. This job is a site based location but might require travel for furthering the client's goals. Additional roles might include connecting to drop-in resources and community collaboration.
