  • Overview

    Fun and fast paced kitchen has an opening for somebody to join our little team.  Looking for an energetic person with a positive attitude.  A cook's apprentice helps with meal prep, serve and clean up.  There are some supervisory responsibilities with this position and reliability is a must.

    No extensive cooking experience required, but must be at least 18.


    1. Assists Food Service Director as needed.
    2. Helps prepare and serve food following food and safety regulations.
    3. Stores food and supplies, assuring proper rotation.
    4. Assists in dishwashing, including pots and pans.
    5. Assists with general kitchen and lodge cleaning.
    6. Attends kitchen staff meetings.
    7. Other duties as assigned.


    1. Current state approved first aid certification.
    2. Current state approved CPR certification.
    3. Current Washington State Food Handlers Card.
    4. Six months or more related experience or training preferred.
    5. Prefer knowledge of, and previous experience with, diverse populations (language, culture, race, physical activity, sexual orientation, etc.). Ability to speak any language in addition to English may be helpful.
