Manages the branch administrative systems related to Youth Enrichment program enrollment, accounts receivable, collections, termination and reporting. Youth Enrichment programs include summer camps, licensed child care, and academic enrichment programs. Currently, the University YMCA serves of 200 families during the school year and 2000 families during the summer.

Customer focused enrollment, pay and resolution systems that meet internal best practices for accurate data including financial records, sign in/sign out, enrollment paperwork and reporting.
