Supports low-income young adults residing in an independent housing program who may have experience in foster care, homelessness, disconnection from school, juvenile justice and/or other systems in developing the skills to live independently. Provides onsite oversight and support Saturday and Sunday Day Shift 9:00am to 9:00pm at the Young Adults in Transitions (YAIT) Program located in the Downtown Seattle YMCA. Works independently but also as a part of a team of staff to provide collaborative quality services and support to residents and the YAIT program. Ensures the safety of all residents and the building.
