Where you’ll work…
You’ll work in our welcoming membership facility that offers programs ranging from health and wellness, to family programs, to child care, to aquatics (access is a staff benefit - swim a few laps before work, take a yoga class, do some laps on the track before you go home, if you like!).

What you’ll be doing…
We are looking for responsible leaders who are excited by the prospect of developing and leading our team of Swim Instructors and Lifeguards. This position will serve on an engaging and dynamic team, playing a key role in developing the potential of our young people and ensuring aquatic safety standards are met. The Pool Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the natatorium, connecting with member and program participants daily ensuring exceptional program quality and participant experience, supervise the aquatic staff and volunteers, including hiring and training, and create the pool schedule. The typical schedule will be Wednesday through Sunday, with exceptions for events and school breaks.
Who are you?
If you're the right candidate for the job, you love working with and mentoring new staff and teaching the joy of swimming to children and adults. You can strike a balance between completing administrative tasks and helping others to learn and succeed. You can command a class of 3 – 6 children through swim instruction. You keep the safety of participants at the forefront of your work while teaching them to thrive in an aquatic environment.
