This part-time supervisor role will help fill in for group excercise classes and assist co-workers in supervising the 6th floor studios.

Coordinates assigned programs and supervises staff in specified areas of Y Total Health/Activate America (i.e. wellness, fitness, Active Older Adults, strength training, youth fitness, etc.). Ensures that programs operate in a quality manner consistent with YMCA guidelines. Acts as a liaison and advocate for Total Health/Activate America. Understands the Health Seeker target market and provides motivational coaching to members participating in ongoing Total Health/Activate America programs.
