The Youth Engagement Team- Pierce County (YET-PC) program is a multi-disciplinary team approach designed to address housing instability for unaccompanied youth 12-17 years old in Pierce County. The vision behind the work is creating a team centered, multi-disciplinary response to systems involved youth currently experiencing, or at imminent risk of; homelessness.
