Facilitate group games, arts and STEM in a drop-in care program
Part Time Variable hours at Matt Griffin YMCA: 3595 S 188th St, SeaTac, WA 98188
Monday - 4-8pm
Tuesday - 8a-11a, 4p-8p
Wednesday - 4-8p
Thursday - 8a-11a, 4p-8p
Friday - 5-8p
Saturday - 8:30a-12:30p
Sunday - 11:30a-2:30p
Every day hundreds of children utilize our Kid Zone drop in child care centers within our membership facilities, engaging in activities and building new relationships with our staff and other participants. You will be part of an amazing staff team who provide enrichment and safe supervision, teach teamwork and social skills, and support children as they grow and learn. You will be able to develop and implement program activities while also building positive relationships by providing prompt and courteous service to members, participants, and guests.
What you'll get from working at The Y
Compensation for this role is $19.00/hour
As of March 12, 2022 *Certain programs may require proof of vaccination, in compliance with local state and federal guidelines. If applicable will be assigned within onboarding.
This role requires proof of Vaccination or cleared exemption.

What you'll be doing
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
