We are looking for trustworthy leaders who want to make positive connections with our members and program participants. You need to have a keen eye for safety and set the tone for a safe environment for kids and families. You will play a key role in ensuring safety standards are met – in the water and on the deck, serving as first responder in emergencies, maintaining safety equipment, and serving on an engaged and dynamic Aquatics team.

Expected Hours of Work: Branch operational hours that may include mornings, evenings and weekends.
*YGS is currently offering a "New Hire $600 Sign-On Cash Incentive"!
As of October 6th new Full-time and Part-time employees will receive a $600 bonus, which will be paid in one lump sum, after working 120 hours.
