Job Summary
Lead Youth Development Instructors teach teamwork and social skills to children as they grow and learn, providing support to participants in multiple areas from childcare, online learning support, to enrichment & recreation activities. They help support the onsite functions of a site with additional responsibilities related to parent interactions, check in and out and site management.
Job Sites Include: North City Elementary
Position Type/Location
This is an in-person, Full-Time regular role. Shifts are a combination of AM programming (7am to 9am) and afternoon programming (2pm to 6pm M-F, with Wednesday starting at 1pm). Administrative hours are provided and AM shifts are variable due to program need; some split shifts and some full days will be required. The position is based out of the North City Elementary location and requires Lead to drive a mini bus.

Minimum compensation: $22.00/hour

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
