Lead Youth Development Instructors teach teamwork and social skills to children as they grow and learn, providing support to participants in multiple areas from childcare, online learning support, to enrichment & recreation activities. They help support the onsite functions of a site with additional responsibilities related to parent interactions, check in and out and site management.
Job Sites Include: Lakeland Hills Elementary and Hazel Valley Elementary
This is an in-person, Full-Time regular role. Shifts are a combination of AM programming (7am to 9am) and afternoon programming (2pm to 6pm M-F, with Wednesday starting at 1pm). Administrative hours are provided and AM shifts are variable due to program need. The position is based out of either Lakeland Hills Elementary and Hazel Valley Elementary location.

Minimum compensation for this role is $22.00/hour
